A. Scope of Work For clients hiring Tech Parallel for development, design, or migration services (e.g., Shopify Setup, WordPress Development), the specific scope of work will be outlined in a separate proposal or invoice.
B. Payment Terms
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins on any custom project.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the final transfer of assets (e.g., before we hand over the Shopify admin access or live site keys).
- Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge a late fee on invoices that remain unpaid for more than 14 days.
C. Revisions Our service packages include a set number of revisions (as specified in your project agreement). Any additional revisions or changes to the project scope after approval will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
D. Refund Policy
- Services: Due to the nature of digital work and time invested, refunds are not generally issued once work has commenced.
- Digital Products: eBooks, templates, or presets are non-refundable.
4. CONTENT AND GUEST POSTING
If you submit content (Guest Posts) to Tech Parallel:
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish your content.
- You warrant that your content is original and does not violate the intellectual property rights of others.
- We reserve the right to remove or edit any content at our sole discretion.
5. DISCLAIMERS
A. Educational Information The information provided on the Site (blogs, tutorials, code snippets) is for general informational and educational purposes only. While we are computer science professionals, software updates frequently. We make no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the accuracy, validity, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Site.
B. “Use at Your Own Risk” Following our technical tutorials (e.g., editing theme code, server configuration) is done at your own risk. Tech Parallel is not liable for any damage, data loss, or downtime that occurs to your website or devices as a result of using our guides.
C. Affiliate Disclaimer The Site may contain links to affiliate websites, and we receive an affiliate commission for any purchases made by you on the affiliate website using such links.
